Product Availability

All products listed on PescEffects.com are in stock and ready to ship, unless otherwise noted as preorder, special order or out-of-stock in the product description. Preorder and special order items usually ship by the date specified in the product description.

Sometimes, due to data entry errors (ie: incorrectly entered prices or quantity) or unforeseen/unknown damage to products in our inventory, we would be unable to fill your order. In the rare event of this happening we will contact you promptly to discuss a refund or product substitution.

Shipping Policy

Due to our travelling schedule, in-stock items take 5-30 business days to process and ship. Preorder and special order items may take longer , please see product description for estimated shipping dates. If we anticipate other delays in your order , we will contact you promptly via email. Transit times vary by location. When possible, we try to add tracking to your order so that you can track it.

Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order. We ship all orders with the US Postal Service (USPS) and offer First-Class , Priority Mail, and Standard Mail service options. Please note that the availability of certain service options is dependent on the total weight of your order and other factors. For example, domestic First-Class Mail has a weight restriction of 13 ounces and would not be available for orders exceeding that shipping weight. We try our hardest to send your order the fastest route that the charged shipping costs allow. We are not padding the shipping costs or trying to pad profit.

IMPORTANT! YOU (the purchaser) are responsible for ensuring we are given the CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS. Upon completion of your order, YOU receive an email confirmation that includes a description of the items purchased as well as your SHIPPING ADDRESS. PLEASE VERIFY THIS INFORMATION! We (PescEffects.com) are NOT RESPONSIBLE for mis-delivered due to an incorrectly input shipping address. We WILL NOT REFUND or RESHIP items that you did not receive because of this issue. I hate to have to add this to our policy but it has become a bit of an issue as of late. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK the information you give us!

International orders are unfortunatly a higher rate. We do not want to exclude other countries from placing orders with us so we have tried to be as accurate as possible with International shipping rates. Please note, YOU are responsible for any customs fee or taxes. Packages can also be held up in customs and we also have no control over that.

We pack all orders very carefully and we are very aware that product condition is important to our customers. In the rare event that products in your shipment arrive damaged , please contact us.

Customer Service and Return Policy

All of our customer service is handled via email and our Contact Form. We check our email regularly but there may be a slight delay depending on our travel schedule. We try our best to respond to all customer emails in a timely matter.

ALL REFUNDS ARE AT OUR DISCRETION AND ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. While we normally do not offer refunds, we will offer replacements on items that come damaged. If you receive your order and it is damaged please CONTACT US immediately and we will figure out the best way to resolve the issue. Requested refunds (if approved) on any purchase may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any refunds that ARE approved (partial or otherwise), will also be refunded MINUS processing fees. Bottom line- be 100% sure that you want these items. ALL REFUNDS ARE AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. We would rather you be sure and HAPPY. And due to this being Art and Limited Edition pieces, we HAVE to impose these rules.

PescEffects.com values your privacy and security. We keep all personal information collected for your order private and confidential. We may, from time to time, notify you of specials or new products that we believe you may be interested in via promotional emails. We will never share or sell any of your information.

We currently accept online payment through Paypal only at this time. Through paypal we can accept most major Credit and Debit cards. We typically do not accept Checks or Money Orders via mail.
